My reading shows no number

That is intended. Two photos of the same skin never give exactly the same result: light, angle and distance introduce a gap. When a capture does not allow a reproducible reading, Acuence says so instead of showing a number. Retake the photo near a window, in soft and even light, facing the camera. The capture quality indicator shown with every reading explains what was missing.

Do I need an account?

No. The core features, the face reading, the product reading and your history, work without signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional and only preserves your preferences.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Acuence Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose Acuence to change or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid. A free trial is cancelled the same way, before its last day, to avoid being charged.

If a purchase no longer appears after reinstalling or switching device, open the Acuence Pro panel in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Export or delete my data

Your face photos and readings stay on your iPhone. In the app, open Profile, then Manage my data: you will find your consents, the export of your data and its permanent deletion. Deleting the app also removes the data it kept on the device. To exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure, write tocontact@acuence.app.

Privacy

The face analysis runs entirely on the iPhone and no face photo ever leaves it. The details are published in our privacy policy.

What Acuence is not

Acuence offers a cosmetic reading of the appearance of your skin. It is not a medical device: the app makes no diagnosis, detects no condition and does not replace a consultation. For any health question, please see a professional.
